I have spent a week trying to find the one touch software. The drivers work, you can scan alright, but without the proper software you can't do anything with the scans. I have searched the cd supplied, online sources are infuriating, but the most aggravating thing is their so called support. THE THING IS USELESS DO NOT BUY THIS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
