I've got the Intuos Creative Pen & Touch tablet with your standard pen. I could not figure out which Nibs I needed for my pen so got these and they work just fine. So if you are looking for replacement Nibs for this type of tablet. Buy these.

I have an old bamboo mte450 and after i bought these I thought they were too small in diameter. After trying it in the pen, it fit fine. i had to use a pair of tweezers to get the old one out since I had been using it for about 5 years it was worn down almost to the pen. Now that I have a 20 year supply I own't have the buy any more for a while.

Fits my pen, works great!
These replacement nibs work on all Wacom pens. Not much else to say about 5 little pieces of plastic that do exactly what I need them to. Took me 9 months to wear down my last nib, so these should last me for the next 4 years. Not a bad investment.
