The mounting plate and screw are supposed to be in a zippered pouch. the zippered pouch was in the Box accept both left and right scenes were torn open and the contents at the bottom of the box. The mounting plate has some scratches on the bottom portion.

Better than expected for the money. It's well made and fits perfectly. I use it on a sirui for shooting a 15 lb rifle using a u mount.
