Service was perfect and item came quick on time. The drive I had hoped would feel more study. The case is great but Im not as happy as I hoped with the pop out and insert mechanism.

Fast and easy ti use. That is once you have the right sequence of copying the things you are duplicating. Not a music guy; but still have 110 CDs I ripped.
