The enclosure functions fine, but has no sound management. Every noise made by the drive(s) inside is transmitted to the surrounding environment. There's not enough vibration dampening either, so if you place the enclosure on a desk surface, you'll feel every seek operation. There are bright LEDs on the front and rear that aren't very useful and are quite annoying at night in a darkened room.

Waiting on a return authorization from OWC after chatting with their customer service. Frustrated but hopefully a one off. This is my second one and the other work has worked just fine for a couple of years.
