Lightweight and sturdy
This came as part of a kit; it's not something I thought I needed but now that I've used it, I'm thankful that I have it. I have a shaky hand, and was using the Canon 85mm f/1.2 at a wedding and this product saved my shots.

Great Monopod, Does the job!
I use this monopod when shooting weddings and I need some directional light with my off camera speed lights during key moments of the reception. Speeches, toasts, etc. Lightweight and easy to use with my SB910 speed lights.

Top of the shelf monopod
Go to sporting events and take pictures of my grandson, the old monopod I had didn't take the weight of the camera and lens. It would collapse, the ACM-2400 4 is very sturdy and does the job very well,very pleased with it.

Solid monopod
I received this monopod with the purchase of my D800 and already owned a monopod. I have to admit that while I didn't really need another one, this monopod is sturdier than my old one so I probably will end up using it.

Great Monopod
I like this monopod. I have used some in the past but this was the first one that I have owned. I like that it's not too heavy and collapses very small. I have used it on several occasions and it's a great tool to have.

Very Handy!
Lightweight and easy to carry. I used this one day when I'd forgotten to bring my tripod. I wasn't shooting in low light but needed some extra stabilaztion to hold my 5DMIII and long lens. This did the trick perfectly.

Great Monopod.
Great for pictures. If using a heavy camera, definitely worth the price. Its very sturdy, well built and portable. I don't really have anything negative to say about it other than I won't use this for video recording.

Solid, lightweight and high
What I love about this monopod is that it is very solid without being heavy, is easy to use. When closed this allows me to use it sitting very comfortably and when extended reaches a good height when I want to use up.

A fine purchase
Had problems to start with as I lost an unknown part and never found it. I called the manufacturer's rep and was told what I needed. I will use the monopod for soccer, field hockey and basketball. It fills the bill.

Substantial and Dependable
If you're looking for a monopod, this is a great choice. The interchangeable threaded mount supports any type of camera. The fittings feel sturdy and well-made. It even has a belt clip for classy carrying! I'm sold.

Came with the 6D
I haven't really had a chance to use it much but looks to be fairly sturdy. It does make it easier to steady the camera than hand holding and sets up much faster than the tripod. May use it as a hiking stick also.

Love this monopod
I use this with my Manfrotto 322RC2 grip action ball head. Mainly I use it in places that don't allow use of a tripod. I also use it for sports events and for landscapes if the terrain is to sloped for a tripod.

Great Monopod
I purchase this monopod for when I don't use my tripod. This monopod is heavy duty, more then what I expected. Lightweight yet very sturdy. Supports my camera well. Also gives me the hight I need. A must have.

OK. This came with my body only Canon Mark III. I wouldn't have purchased it myself as I already have a Manfrotto monopod, which I prefer. That being said, this monopod compares nicely against my Manfrotto.

Serviceable
I seldom need a monopod, so paying top dollar was not an option. This unit is sturdy, but the leg locks are not the smoothest. For occasional use, it's fine. For everyday use, I would have spent more money.

Good
This came with a camera I bought and I usually use tripods but i actually enjoy the monopod for quick pictures where a tripod would be excessive and a small lightweight monopod such as this works perfectly.

Quick and easy image stabilization
I love this light and compact monopod. The belt clip makes it easy to take with me on shoots and it quickly and easily extends to give me that extra support in low light situations. A great tool to have.

great for the price
i use the mono pod mostly for birding,its light and very sturdy which is necessary for me as my camera and super zoom lens are a little heavy.so far it has served my well,quick and easy to use and carry.

Totally worth the money!
I had been eyeing down a monopod from Manfrotto that was $350+, but I decided to try this $60 one instead. BEST DECISION. I'm totally impressed with the quality. It's feels at least double the price.

Built like a tank, still fairly light
Got this as part of a free bundle with my 6D. Used it to shoot a whole bunch of pickup footage at an event, carried it around all over the place with me. Solid, but light, very durable. Good monopod.

Not as steady as I expected.
The chicken foot at the bottom does not make it very steady. Even with a small 50mm lens on my Canon 5D Mk II, it is wobbly. I feel I'm just as stable with my old standby monopod. I am returning it.

Good to have
I'm glad this came with the kit, but I wish it was able to stand on its own. I guess its better than nothing, but I expected it to be more of a tripod. I guess I didn't understand, but free is free.
