absolute horror story

i bought this item from a reseller. it did not work from the beginning. so i sent it off for repair... then i got it back and it worked ok (not as advertised) for 450 burns which was only about 4 months. ... it was not under warranty. 450 dvds? seriously? horrible ... will not buy another microboards product ever. i wish i could give less than 1 star
