I bought this product for the insert for my Bogen/Manfrotto 3063 head. They fit perfectly. They did not have to be shaved from the bottom, as had been suggested. Hopefully, the five that came in the package will last me the rest of my life; but, if they don't, I know where to go to get more.

These pegs fit my Manfrotto 500PLong plate that came with the MVH500A tripod. They work like they should, as a small pin to keep the camera from rotating. Easy to install, and they stay in place. Highly recommended.
