Not relate to your order a Gimbo
I bought a Gimbo for my phone and this is recommend for you to buy it together. I didn't know about it. I think it is useful then buy it. Later I found nothing relate to my Gimbo so I return. Customer service return my mail an told me: " we cannot accommodate your request because: Missingoriginal manufacturer's packaging, all the accessories, literature, documentation and blank warranty cards." I ordered a Manfrotto fluid head and the screws that came with were not finished (didn't have grooves in it). Called BH and they send out this set at no cost. I was pretty upset at first but their speedy service made up for it. Works just fine.

Manfrotto 1/4 Camera Mounting Screws
Excellent Manfrotto quality, as one would expect. Ordered this set due to the Manfrotto HD502 video head mounting plate coming with only one 1/4 and one 3/8 screws, and I needed two of the 1/4 screws in order to securely mount the Sony PXW-X160, which does not have a 3/8 connector. Great head, by the way.

Set of Two 1/4 Camera Mounting Screws by Manfrotto
Used to add a second 1/4 screw to attach a long telephoto lens to the long quick release plate. I'm very happy now that I use two screws as the lens foot doesn't work it's way loose anymore.

Hey, this is not an ads. Indeed I have been looking for this screw everywhere but simply can't find it anywhere. The thread is not the issue. It is the way it can be inserted into some bracket and freely moved that no one else will make it. Otherwise it have no way to solve my problem.

Pretty expensive screws
It is unfortunate that Manfrotto didn't design their tripod plates to retain the 1/4 screws so they do fall out and one needs to buy more at what seems like a very dear price for a screw.

Saved my shoot
We dropped the screw off our tripod in the middle of a shoot and watch sit roll into a sewer grate. The staff at B&H were amazing. I brought the tripod in, they knew exactly what I needed and had me out the door quickly. Shoot saved, client got the shots they needed.

Just the Job

Easy to use
I took out tripod form my schools equipment center only to find out that it was missing a mounting screw on Saturday nigh. I ran to B&H the next day showed the sales associate a picture of the tripod and within minutes i was out the door with my two new mounting screws ready to get back into filming again.

A Must on Set
This is a pretty straightforward piece of equipment that has saved me countless headaches on set. In the chaos of a typical day, screws get lost or misplaced on tripod mounts all the time. I always have at least 2 extra mounting screws with my gear. They also work pretty much universally on every mount I have.

Works perfectly with all Manfrotto parts
Works perfectly with all Manfrotto tripods, tripod plates, etc. Many screws are too long or too short. Besides being the correct length, they are actually steel. They look and feel like aluminum, but a magnet does stick to them. That makes me feel a little better about having an expensive camera held by one of these screws. Don't bother wasting money on other screws if you are using Manfrotto parts, these will just work.
