Works on 3221WN
I have a Manfrotto 3221WN tripod bought years ago that still holds up great. It's built like a tank. It has feet that convert from rubber bottoms to spikes that work well for soft ground and rugs (but scratch hard floors). The conversion works by screwing the rubber feet in to reveal the spike that pokes through. When you reverse the motion and unscrew, the rubber feet extend beyond the spike and hide it inside the feet, protecting floors from sc... Show More

Better Than ORIGINAL Parts
I bought these for my Manfrotto 055CX3 3-Section Carbon Fiber Tripod. OMG!!! They are soooo much better than the rubber cup feet that originally came with the tripod. Easy to attach, Retractable spikes, and the rubber feet are curved for a great grip on carpet and floors. I would give these Spiked Feet a 10 on your scale of 5 if I could! They are just that good and so well made. Solid! And B&H is the best to buy from.

A must have for your Manfrotto tripod.
The spikes work great on rocks around the beach and the plastic end works good on the sand and grass.

Nice addition to 055XPROB Manfrotto tripod
Works as advertised, easy to put on, nice Manfrotto screwdriver included with the kit. Tripod looks, feels and performs better with these on, so I'm very happy with my purchase. Also got the equivalent for an older 190 Manfrotto tripod (which I bought in 1988 and is still in service), but last time I checked those were marked as no longer available by B&H. That tripod had lost two of the bottom rubber caps, so spiked feet were a great addition an... Show More

Good Grip
I wanted to create an outdoor tripod from a Manfrotto 3021 BPRO. The adjustable spike exposure and rubber base are identical to feet found on some wood tripods. The spiked feet arrived in a small bag with an installation screwdriver. In less than 10 minutes, they were installed. I find them better at resisting slip on smooth surfaces (spikes retracted) than the original rubber end caps. Note, always check the adjustment of the feet before setting... Show More

Nice upgrade
Install was Barney-easy. Tripod seems quite secure with the hard rubber feet in use. They do add a little overall height to the tripod when using the non-spiked configuration.

An excellent option...
These spiked feet are a good replacement for the standard plastic-cap feet found on a number of the Manfrotto 055 and venerable Bogen Manfrotto 3021 tripods. The screw-tightening setup makes installation easy, and they seem to stay on fine. Admittedly, at more than $ for each little foot, they're not especially cheap. Still, their thick hard-rubber material promises to wear better than the standard non-spiked feet, which are renowned for wearing ... Show More

Just the stuff
I don't understand why this is not standard equipment on Manfrotto tripods. Makes for a more solid and versatile tripod footprint on varied terrain, from river rocks to tile floors. I use the 055PROB and this is an overdue addition. You want 'em.

Exactly what I was after
Really great set of feet - was exactly what I was expecting/hoping they would be like. Even comes with a complementary screw driver to put them on. Can be useful for low angle setups too, as well as the obvious use in rough terrain. Only thing that I would change is to give them the ability to lock them in the desired position. Say you were on a smooth surface that could not be scratched, it would be nice to know that you could secure them in the 'rubber position.' Otherwise, great!

An excellent product from Manfrotto
You can always count on Manfrotto to make an excellent product and this is no exception. I bought these to replace the worn-out feet on my older Bogen 3021 tripod. They fit perfectly! They are made of sturdy material with retractable spikes. A handy tool for tightening the feet to the tripod legs is include. Would not hesitate to buy these again if there is ever a need.

Essential for landscape photography
After watching a photographer colleague balance on a slippery log in the river without spikes to hold his tripod steady, I figured I'd better order a set. They have the usual Manfrotto design. I've never been crazy about the hard rubber used but they work as intended.

excellent addition
Easy to attach to my Manfrotto 055CXPRO3 tripod. It is a must to have for landscape photography.

Good addition
Easy to attach to my Manfrotto 055CXPRO3 tripod and gives a more secure footing outside. The spikes only retract about 3 or 4 mm inside the rubber feet for inside use, so there is the potential for scratching surfaces as the rubber wears. Gives a more serious look to the tripod.

Definitely a quality purchase!
Quality product! Works great on my old Bogen/ Manfrotto 3021 like a charm. I recommend them for sure!

Works great with 3221WN as well as 055CX
Had the darndest time finding what spiked feet I needed to replace a broken one on my Manfrotto 3221WN, but these fit like a charm. Didn't want to replace a perfectly good tripod for lack of one foot, now it is repaired and I have two feet to spare. No need to change feet when you need spikes, just rotate the round cover down over the spike and you are good to go for indoor use.

Much better than original feet
The original feet that came with my tripod were poorly designed. These replacement feet are a lot simpler, and sturdier. Went on easily.

Excellent tripod feet
They replace the original feet that came with my tripod. They had been gradually breaking over the years. These are a simpler, much better, more durable, design than the original feet. The spikes are great for soft soil. The ruberized feet which screw out to cover the spikes are great for indoor flooring or rock surfaces.

though gear
works well, sturdy, stable, on the other hand, it takes time to retract the spike, mud stick on it, add a good 1 to the lenght of your tripod while folded down.

I should have bought these years ago.
I bought this to use with a particular video assignment, but can and will be used for everything I do.

A must have for landscape shoot
I lost a rubber foot of my 055cxpro3. The spiked feet set is not just a replacement, it's a great improvement. It's ideal for those using the tripod in shooting landscape and seascapes. It's very easy to install. Cleaning it is no problem as well.

Tripod Upgrade
Easy install and very secure. Need to carry a brush to clean the threads after a day in the woods.

This is a very good product.
Better than the rubber cups when using outdoors. Will get rid of the slippy slidey problem of the cups. Nothing not great.

Great Feet
I use these on my Manfrotto 055CXPRO tripod and they work like a charm. The only suggestion I would make is for ease when using the spikes in a sandy environment, you might want to blow the sand out well before screwing them back into the retracted position.

worthy of a great tripod
For the 055CXPRO3, tripod legs, I had wanted some spare stock feet. Somewhat reluctantly I ordered a set of these. And now I don't want the stock feet. No fuss installation. The rubber bumper stock feet of my 055CXPRO3 were not glued on. Take care when tightening the clamps. Carbon fiber is a plastic. One last word. I thought this accessory would give my elegant high tech tripod an ugly appearance. But actually they look as if they belong on there.
