Screws Made of Butter

I had to replace my original screws because they stripped and I thought it was due to many times tightening them. I got the old ones out and the new ones in, but they stripped like butter. Before I even started to use any force, they still stripped!!! Horrible and overpriced, BUT... I NEEDED THEM
