The most amazing screws ever!
These are the replacement 3/8 screws for Manfrotto's quick release system. They're shiny and work just like the originals...plus, upon opening the package they offered to wash my car, so they're definitely worth purchasing. Joking aside, I lost my 3/8 screw and B&H was the only place I could find that carried them. Came just as described and for a good price.

Screwed
If your not screwed you're screwed. The 3/8-16 Release Plate Screw holds it all together which means if you don't have it and you tilt your head your world comes crashing down and, well you get the point. Always good to have an extra in case your assistant looses it down a drain pipe. Can you say handheld?

Simple but perfect
This is one piece of equipment every shooter should have on set. I have seen productions grind to a halt because a small screw has been misplaced. I always keep at least 4 extra 3/8 and 1/4 screws with me whenever I am on set. This is one purchase worth its weight in gold

Simple but essential part
These can be easy to lose or misplace, especially if you're having to switch between plates that only have 1/4-20s and plates that require this screw. The price is decent, though I would be interested in a cheaper solution if I could be certain the quality was equal.

Extra Handy
Having a few of these babies comes in handy when ones goes missing from your tripod. Also, handy a few of these on standby might be helpful when you need a 3/816 screw for your rig.

Works well
Just a screw, not much to review! Lets me screw a tripod plate to the base of my Edelkrone sliderone for quick access to the slider on and off of a tripod
