For my 2 year old Gitzo Series 3, not bad but...

I have 5 or 6 Gitzo's from 30-40 years ago that never needed a replacement bushing for the center stem. My 2 carbon fiber models both need repair after only a couple years of light service. Ah well, nothing is made as well as it used to be.
