Not much change in performance
Upgraded the RAM on my Asus Eee 1000 from 1GB Ram to 2 GB, because the computer intermittently became very S--L--O--W. While running Windows XP, this occurred whether one or several windows open. Performing regular disk cleanup and defrag helped but only for a very short time. In-store install went very smoothly and took only 30 minutes as promised. Works Great In A Dell Netbook!
Replaced a 1GB memory chip in a Dell Vostro A90 Netbook with this 2GB chip. Installation took about 5 minutes from start to finish (There are plenty of guides on the 'Net including YouTube on how to do this). Turned on the netbook, and it was recognized right away by Windows XP. Haven't had any problems with it, and it makes XP work pretty fast on any netbook. Don't hesitate even if you're afraid to try installing one of these - it's simple, and it will make a difference in your everyday computing.

Turning a 1GB Netbook into a 2GB one
I have a Dell Inspiron Mini, and I was delighted with it, but it was a little slow. When I looked into expanding the memory, it seemed quite complicated. I would have needed to take the netbook to pieces. I looked at a few options and felt discouraged. Buying the memory was going to cost about $60 and I did not feel comfortable taking it to pieces. B&H was absolutely wonderful. They charged me only $ for the memory and $ to install. ... it works perfectly.

RAM Reviews: A Rumination
Reviewing RAM is a little awkward, either it works or it doesn't. Well, the RAM I ordered works. At least at the time of writing, it STILL works. The shining star here is more about B&H's fantastic customer service and turn around time/shipping time. They've a great store and an even better website. Whether buying an awesome camera or just some mundane commodity-like RAM, this is always my first stop... and most often my only.

Good product
The B & H staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. After speaking with them, I ordered the 2GB SO-DIMM Memory for Notebook by Crucial to speed my 2007 Macbook up. If I had too many programs running at once, the computer would work very slow and/or freeze. The additional GB's have really helped... Its a much cheaper solution over a new computer! It was very easy to install.

Works Great in Netbook
I replaced the 1GB DIMM in a Toshiba Netbook with this. Simple installation, just unplug the unit, remove the battery, remove the memory compartment door, swap out the memory, replace the door and battery and plug the netbook back in. Most any laptop or netbook will benefit from the added memory. This is a relatively inexpensive way to squeeze out a little extra performance.

Seamless performance
Ordered to enhance the performance of my new Dell Mini-9 netbook. I never operated the Mini-9 without the memory upgrade, I installed the card right out of the box before ever booting it up, so I don't have a benchmark to compare to. But I can say without qualification that the Mini-9 performs well, never chokes and is faster than my Inspiron 1501 laptop at most tasks.

I would recommend this product
... I replaced 2 1GB cards with 2 new 2GB memory cards in a Lenovo T61 that I've had for a couple of years. Took about 10 minutes all together, getting the screws out, pulling out the old chips and installing the new ones. Machine booted right up and has been working just fine (little faster - not as much drive swapping going on) ever since. Highly recommended.

Great upgrade
Bought this memory to upgrade my Lenovo T61. I read that there was a maximum of 3GB that I could expand to run Windows 7, so I replaced one of the existing 1GB slot and the notebook has been much faster since. Installation was very simple and smooth, as the system recognized it immediately. So far so good !

2GB SO-DIMM Memory for Notebook by Cruci
Replaced my two 512MB memories on my extremely slow Acer laptop, with two 2GB Crucial memory, total 4GB: it works PERFECT, really really fast. Also it was really easy to install using a video presentation I found on Youtube. Honestly I can not believe I waited so long to upgrade. 100% recommended.

Great RAM Great Price!

I wish I needed more of these
I bought a new netbook which came with just one GB of memory. I'm not a computer whiz but this product was easy to install and it worked immediately right out of the package. I could not find any fault with this productt. It gave my netbook a lot more horsepower.

Not a whole lot to say, either the memory works or it doesn't, right? Easy to install, Eee 1000HE recognized it on first boot up. Satisfied. I give it 4 stars only becuase it's hard for me to say memory is outstanding...it doesn't bring you beer or anything...

2-minute MacBook upgrade

Great for EEE PC
Does what it's supposed to. Cheap. Easy to install. Works perfectly. Note: EEE PC's and most other netbooks only have one SODIMM slot, so you must remove the 1GB module it comes with and install a 2GB one in order to end up with 2GB.

Easiest Netbook Memory Upgrade

Inexpensive Ram Upgrade (Macbook Pro)

A helpful upgrade
