This thing does what it needs to do - it clones. It takes about 2 hours to clone a 1 TB hard drive - but all you have to do is get it started doing what it does - and then come back to it when its done. I guess it will also function as a PC dock for 4 naked hard drives - but that's not what I bought it for.
