What you'd expect from RRS
Perfect fit. Thoughtful design as it offers several options for it's use. It adds noticeable weight/size to the camera body but that's to be expected with a product like this that needs to be sturdy and solid in order to be fully functional.

Perfect fit and quality
When it comes to acra swiss mounting hardware, you can't beat RRS. I use other brands as well, but there is very little price competition unless you buy second-hand, so RRS is always a sure bet. Correct fit and quality machining throughout.

Why did I wait so long?
I shoot primarily landscapes so my review is for that situation. It works out so perfectly. No more adjusting the ball head and I love that the camera is centered over the tripod now. This plate is very sturdy but not heavy. Big thumbs up!

Make going from horiz - vertical very easy and fast!
This plate easily lets you go from vertical to horizontal quickly without having to adjust the ball head. Well constructed and fits perfectly. Be advised that the plate may need to be adjusted if you use the ports on the side of your D750.

Worth the extra $$
It fits the camera perfectly and allows plenty of room to access the portals. I especially like having an allen wrench tucked into the bracket for easy removal. The excellent engineering is evident; easy to see why RRS is all the rage.

Excellent plate
As usual for RRS, excellent fit and craftmanship. However this plus the additional L-bracket component were so expensive, that I decided to forego the L-component (an additional $100). This stuff is nice, but getting very over-priced.

Perfect fit
Just like what the brand name is, Really Right Stuff, literally. Very useful and improves the grip when holding the camera. Well thought of design which includes an allen key to adjust the L-plate. A got to have item for A7Riii users.

Fits perfectly
I had bought a third party grip because it was 1/3 the price of the Nikon grip but the shape of the bottom of that grip was just different enough that the L plate didn't work. I replied it with the Nikon grip and it fits perfectly.

Very well made precision plate.
Wanted a precise fit for my first battery grip. This is exactly what I had hoped for. Like the magnetic wrench holder. Seems to be a better fit (smoother and less play) to my Arca Swiss Z1 head than the plate on my previous camera.

This is well thought out and engineered product. Great industrial design. Also, aesthetically pleasing, and it even makes the camera that it supports somehow more attractive. Easily attaches to tripod with appropriate connection.

Better Grip for bonus..
This base plate is very well made. good finish and light weight. Adds a nice extended grip to my A7ii. You can remove the battery cover and attach it to the base plate. Pretty cool!! Also fits nicely on my current ballhead too!!

Just what I needed
I have been using the Sony extension to rest my pinky, but had to take it off when I use a tripod. This item does both jobs and also allows me to shoot vertically without having to recompose. The build quality is second to none.

Just Perfect
recently purchased for trip to Hawaii - used for every sunrise/sunset. just a joy to use with tactile feel, flexibility to move orientation and even has a built in allen key to affix to camera body. worth everyone penny.

Solid camera bracket
Using the attachment screw, the bracket fits snuggly onto the camera. Unlike the single plate mount of older tripods, this bracket holds the camera securely keeping it from rotating in the portrait mode tripod attitude.

Well-made piece of gear
Works perfectly with D7000. If you slide it far enough you can use it with the cable door open, for tethering, etc. My first and only L-plate. Not sure why it costs so much (loses a star for price) but it does the job!

Excellent product.
A very precise machined product for the X-T2, feels good, smooth. I have Really Right Stuff for my old XPro1 but it doesn't fit the new camera. Hence, rather spendy. Very fast for vertical and horizontal tripod use.

Great Accessory
Extremely well thought out and well made accessory. Works as well as can be expected and looks great. I leave it on my Nikon D500 all the time as it blends into the styling of the camera and does not get in the way.

Everything and More...
Sturdy yes but much stronger than I expected. Multiple points of contact with the camera means no twisting or moving when attached, yet it still has multiple options for slings, straps, and 2 serious Arca mounts.

L yes I would buy this again
I have long wanted an L-bracket. When I upgraded my tripod and ball head, I thought, sure, I can spend my children's college fund. RRS equipment isn't cheap, but built solid and really nice. I'm happy I got it.

Easy
I had talked about getting an L-Plate for years. Finally got around to it. It makes it so much easier to go from horizontal to vertical and is so much more stable on the ball head. Can't wait to start using it.
