It's very easy to replace. The only bad part is that it doesn't come with the rubber sleeve. But if you squirt WD 40 under the rubber sleeve from both sides. Using trimmer line jammed in about halfway in the rubber sleeve to allow for movement and flow of WD 40, you can twist it off. Use hairspray to put it on the new one, it's slippery when wet and sticky when dry so you have to do it quick.
