A decent surround system
I am more than happy with this purchase. It was very easy to set up and the sound from it is very good. As an added bonus I can now watch Netflix in surround which was not possible with my old system. The only downside is the length of the speaker wires. They are significantly shorter than any previous system that I have previously owned

Sound system is fine for what it was purchased for
Ok set up, good sound separation, screen menu is same as Wii so familiar for many people. System looks good, cables are OK for the room its being used in. Blue ray player is good and the sound is excellent. Only one negative; switching from TV speakers to 5.1 surround sound takes too long (about 12 seconds) but I can live with that.

Easy Set Up
Good instructions, works great. I especially like the Bluetooth feature, which means I can play all music from my phone via the surround sound. The sound is good, but not as sharp as I’d hoped, but I’ve not yet looked if this can be sorted manually.

Great System
I bought this a Christmas present for my parents who are in their 70's so I set it up for them and I found it really easy to set up. It has a really good sound and is very compact, only downside I would say is that the speaker wires could be longer big I suppose it depends on how big your room is. Overall it is a great system.

for a budget surround sound its pretty good
There is not much to say really it sounds good is nice and compact and easy to set up. Only problem I have encountered is that it gets out of sync sometimes and has to be switched off and on again.

Good spec
Good all round HTS with good specs to keep it relevant for the near future ie, 2g wi-fi, bluetooth, etc. Good picture, better than the ps4 i use to use anyway. Good sound with clear voices and bassy explosions. Sometimes have to adjust the volume to hear quieter dialogues but all in all not bad. Only gripes are no HDR or 5g wi-fi. But deep colour does a very commendable job of reproducing vibrant colours 2g wi-fi is good enough. Oerall highly recommended.

very capable system
We bought this product to replace a previous similar system which had, finally, failed after many years of good service. The new system has a much better surround sound than our previous one and it is extremely easy to set up and use. Very pleased with the purchase and the increased quality at this price.

Home Cinema System
Price was good, delivery same day was awesome, good specs, like the Bluetooth connection to iPhone/iPad , easy setup, usual setup issues with a surround sound system, running wires round the room, wires are short for a decent sized room, but as I was replacing an old system I already had wires fixed so this was an easy install, DVD works well, sound is good, I had an issue at first with a noisy cooling fan, but Argos replaced it without question and the problem has been solved.

Upgrade
Haf an old system yhat lasted me for 10 years or so and my brother inherited it, so treated my self to an upgrade to complement the 55inch samsubg t.v. i also bought... unbelievable sound and worth every penny.

Looks and sounds great
It states it is wireless which is the reason why I bought it as I thought the speakers had no wires... but it doesn't mean the speakers are wireless, just the signal. Other than that it is a great product.

A good system the only slight problem is that the FM areal is not very good because it don't have a coaxial connection only a 5 foot wire which is not very good.

Looks fab and great sound
Perfect for our newly decorated lounge, great sound and the kids love to watch movies with the surround sound on to sound like the cinema, it’s a double thumbs up from us!

Does the job
It’s okay sound wise and my husband likes it. I personally think the speakers are ugly and the DVD box is a dust magnet! But it will do.
