Fab new toy
Bought for my wife as she likes new gadgets, very well received, good clear screen, sound is improved as 2 speakers, touch screen responsive, youtube no problem. I would definitely recommend, especially as bought at a sale price but certainly wouldn't have been disappointed if I'd paid more.

REALLY USEFUĹ DEVICE
Although I haven't set up all the available facets yet, I've used it to list to various radio stations and my Amazon music collection. Sound is good although not brilliant (although this is subjective of course). The device itself is sturdy and well made and looks good. Glad I bought it.

Bought for my mum
Great product, I’ve got a few of these at my house but now I can speak to my mum via video while she’s cooking in the kitchen at her house. She plays music all the time now whereas before she would just listen to the depressing news. Love to hear her singing.

This amazon echo is brilliant and so easy to use, perfect for remembering your shopping list and sending it to your phone. The music is great, the local weather and news is also very handy. Many of the song have the lyrics on the screen so you can sing along.

Does what it says
Got this for hubby at Christmas so granddaughter can video call him. It’s a good size clear screen. It does so much more than I’ve set up yet. Looking forward to using it as photo frame to display all my photos. Just don’t ask it to yodel; it’s pathetic

Looks great and the sound is amazing
This Amazon Echo is perfect for our needs. The unit has separate voice recognition for different family members, and the set up is very straightforward. Looking forward to getting other gadgets on the wireless for the lighting etc. The kids love it like a pet!

Already have an Echo Dot and like the Alexa experience - my digital photo frame recently gave up the ghost and I can use my Echo show to display my photos using Amazon Photos app. Sound quality is better than the echo dot and overall I find it fun and useful.

Alexa does so much and is easy for anyone to use.
Bought for son's room for Christmas and has turned into everyone's favourite! We will purchase more and so will his grandparents! Easy to set up, great music and sound quality and great for reminding the kids of jobs etc. Really is fun for the whole family.

Just a cheep tablet with cheep speakers
Just buy the normal Alexa the screen is a gimmick it’s useless and the sounds not as good as the normal sized speaker. The unit is bulky and you have to tell the screen to turn off every time there is no auto screen off so it just burners electric 24/7

Good Product
I love the product, only my suggestion is they would have built Echo with battery operated instead of all ways connected to the power cable. If its battery-operated it would have easily moved around the house without losing the power connection.

Fantastic use it every day
Alexa is great we use it every day Children love it too they ask Alexa to play there favourite music , play games such as guess who . Also offers first aid advice too . We set reminders On it too , there is so much you can do with a Alexa

Love my amazon echo
Really impressed was worried what the sound quality would be like but really pleased sounds great.use it for baking recipes reads out ingredients and method so much easier than swiping phone. Can also call family on it very impressed.

Luck of connectivity and apps.
Unfortunately this product does not connect to essential apps of everyday life like Facebook and Whatsapp. There are other products in the market that offers good connectivity, audio and support to major apps for the same price.

Echo Show 8 - Ring Camera monitor
Great for use as a monitor for Ring cameras, which is what I bought it for in the sales. I had issues getting it to connect to my Google Wifi, would connect but get no connection to the internet ? other than that working great.

Replacement for bedroom clock
Needed to replace a bedroom clock. Already have a number of Echo devices so thought I'd try a new Show 8. Was able to collect immediately from my local Argos store whereas the were on back-order with Amazon. Same price as well.

Compact but full of pizzazz!
Awesome little unit, good solid quality, so easy to set up, voice activation picks up so well, vivid & exceptionally clear sceen colours. I just love it...going to buy my mum one for her birthday so we can facetime on them too.

Such a fantastic product don't know what I would do without it, now that I've had one I use it for everything, shopping list, adding stuff to my calendar and just listening to music, well worth the money, I would buy again .

Good addition to the household
Bought when on offer without the benefit of reviews and am very pleased. Takes some time to get the settings right etc but like the screen size and a good upgrade from the Echo Dot (which has now moved to the bedroom).

Practical
Great for so many things! Can do multiple timers when cooling various dishes. Can play nursery rhymes for my daughter and has the words to sing along with too. Aswell as weather and the more practical things of course!!

Easy to set up and use
Easy to set up and connect to other devices in my house. Good screen size - very useful for news updates and recipes. Sound quality is good - we stream music via Amazon music and it has a well rounded, quality sound.
