I'm very satisfied with my 4TB Passport. I'm using it to store my incremental daily back-up with Acronis software. I keep it plugged in all the time, and it has performed flawlessly for me.

I bought this product since it was much cheaper from USA than here in Norway. It is to be used as a mobile backup to another backup for my pictures and music. It works perfect from day one.

I would buy this product again.
Like the size, blue color, and ability to secure the data on the 4tb passport. Took a little head scratching to figure out how to reformat to exfat for the MAC, as it comes NTSF formatted.

Ive not taken it out of the box yet.
Bought the exact same thing from NewEgg two days earlier. The B&H version got to me in less than two days. The NewEgg version took a week and changed extra for basic shipping and handling.

Great item for backups.
Comes with extra features and is a great portable hard drive. Works well for private backup that you can take with you. Small and easy to use. Also comes in other sizes with more capacity.

Not worth it
Bought two of these for backup that I could easily take home to a second location, but now having them about 8 months they have both become unrecognizable due to the sensitive port usb3.

Great WD 4T Passport
Easy install. Very fast...especially compared to Seagate. So far so good. My 4th WD Passport and all have worked flawlessly with my Dell Inspiron laptop. Delivery and packing excellent.

Nice and compact
I use Western Digital for all of my external hard drives and have never had a problem. Price of storage continues to drop and this seems a good value for a 4TB size. Works fine so far.

Drive is fine-software and WD tech support is lacking
The drive worked fine after I called tech support. WD Tech Support was not very helpful.The backup software is not very sophisticated. Am using the Windows 7 Back-Up Software instead.

Files Transfered!
I give my video files to clients on these just about every day. They are a great combination; quick enough and cheap enough. Note: I do not edit with these - just transfer and store.

GOOD SO FAR
i use to buy the bulky drive now memory getting cheaper on small size i got this one . i do have another one abd so far no problems using it for 4k video footage .i can edit with it

Compact and runs on usb power
I really have to live with a drive for months, even years to know how good it is. But, I have had good luck with WD drives and I like the small size vs. large capacity of this one.

Good Backup
I've had the Hard Drive for a couple of weeks now. I use it to backup primarily video projects and files. I have re-edited some projects from it and the speed is adequate for that

Regret this purchase
I just received my 4TB Passport external drive today. Man, do I regret this purchase. In saving files from one drive to another this drive is extraordinarily slow. Painfully slow.

Excellent Backup and External Drive
I just plugged it in and it was instantly recognized in Windows 10. Worked flawlessly from the beginning. I've used for both backup and running programs and have had no problems.

Doesnt Work with Mac
This purchase I made was for a Mac version but I received one that wasnt formatted for a Mac. After days of trying to switch it, Im still not able to and unable to return it now.

Cheap reliable backup storage
I use this hard drive to back up video projects. I like them because they're small drives and large capcities. I use them in pairs, and am yet to have one fail me (touch wood).

Holds much more data
I already have two other WD My Passport 3GB drives and this one is just a great, only bigger! These drives are fast and rugged, just don't drop them when the are writing data!

Great price and works great
