Giving GPC a run for their money
Overall a good case. I like the flexibility of the compartments/trays. Definitely holds plenty of stuff. Seems sturdy and I don't think it will have any problems lasting for a long time. Only complaints, although minor- Foam is a little soft and scratches easy Shipping/packaging- it's just put in a box with no protection. I ordered 2 and one of them had 2 tears in the box and the case is already scratched up (I know it will get beat up anyway) No... Show More

Jungle tested
Just took this case on a shoot to Guatemala. It worked very well especially as we dragged it all around through the jungle. Protected the drone and took a beating. DJI however has updated the inspire, so not sure it will work with the new drone.

Good overall but there is room for improvement
Love that the overall dimensions are less than 62 so checks in with airlines as regular baggage, not oversize. The plastic of the cover bends and is not as robust as Pelican or Go Professional. The foam where the top of the Inspire makes contact is compressed so if someone were to put point pressure in the centre of the case, then that load will transfer to the Inspire. The fitted foam flakes and dusts excessively. Makes me concerned about partic... Show More

Great size and versatility for all your accessories!
This large case will hold everything you need for your inspire. I was able to travel to Mexico and travel all around the desert with all the tools and spare parts I needed for a busy two week trip. Extra props, a spare gimbal, dual chargers, a charging hub and about 8 batteries. Keeping the drone in landing mode allows you to move around and get flying again immediately. Everything stayed protected and organized. Great case!

Love the product!
If you have an Inspire 1 Pro and plan to travel with it, this case is a must. The soft case that ships with the aircraft is flimsy. I would also consider purchasing the Helipack from Think Tank Photo if you need to pack it to a shoot.

Foam Dust not good for cameras
The foam used to insulate the drone and its components sheds. All the little black bits of foam come off every time you touch it. I found a few bits on my sensor. (Zenmuse X5) I also, received the wrong cutout for my X5 camera. Sent an email to the manufacturer to resolve both issues, but I didn't get a response.

Exactly what I was after
I purchased this case with inserts for the dual operator X5R. The original case the Inspire comes in isn't up to the rigours of travel and I never liked the idea of having to dismantle the camera/gymbal and then place the machine in travel mode - too time consuming and the less times you need to dismantle/handle sensitive gear the better. This is a great solution, everything in one case and all you need to do is pull it out and put the props on. ... Show More

Awesome case for Inspire 1 PRO
You get what you pay for. This bag is top quality. Plenty of room so that you don't feel crammed. Sure its bigger than my previous HPRC Inspire 1 X3 case but I don't mind it. I recently flew on Delta and it was easy to get around the airport with. With all my gear inside it came to 52lbs and it didn't qualify for oversized. I'm very happy I went with this bag and would suggest it to anyone looking for something that doesn't leave you crammed.

Landing Mode with Everything
Pulling the gimbal off after each flight is crazy. The Inspire Pro with X5 cam fits in this case without removing the gimbal or pulling the legs up (stores the vehicle in landing mode). That's a big benefit in terms of setup time and maintaining the vehicle's integrity. You can also fit a 13 iPad Pro into this case, if you want, along with mods to the RC arm for holding this big tablet - by using a bread knife.. Likewise laptops and extra props e... Show More

Big and heavy, but very useful
This case is big and heavy. It is not suitable for carrying; only for wheeling around. So don't think of taking it on a hike! That said, it does what it claims: it's a flight-mode case that can hold just about everything you could think to bring with you. So if you need to travel light, use the suitcase. And if you need to bring 8 batteries, 2 remotes, 2 tablets, some lenses, some filters, some cables, etc., use this beast.

Nice case
I may spare B&H some RMAs pointing out that the X5 camra and gimbal assembly does, in fact, fit, just not in its own box as it does on the case that comes with the Inspire. It fits only if situated exactly as pictured on the product page, and appears to be cushioned well enough. Time will tell, I suppose. Overall, good quality and construction, and I look forward to verifying it holds up to airline handling. Deducted one star for not cutting the bottom foam to allow the X5 to be secured in its factory box, but that's more like a half-star deduction.

Sweet case, a bit pricey but worth it.
This is a very well made case, and the foam cutouts are a dream. It fits literally anything I would want to put in there including my X3 camera and gimbal, my Osmo, extra lenses, batteries, props... Literally everything. It is a bit pricey compared to other offerings but not egregiously so, and it is worth it to fit everything I need for any type of aerial shoot with the Inspire. Two very minor gripes: I wish the props compartment was deeper to f... Show More
