Rugged, fast, reliable
These enclosures are excellent, I have multiple. Easy to swap drives, very protective, and they dissipate heat well. They are fast and work reliably with all manner of 2.5 drives. Just bought another to replace one that traveled everywhere with me for the past few years. The thin USB 3 micro-B port wore out (after being plugged and unplugged probably hundreds of times). Removable rubber feet are a nice touch. Beware the screws on the face plate are a softer metal that can deform if cranked too tight. They don't need a lot of torque to keep the plate from coming loose anyway.

Excellent enclosure
This is used as an external SSD boot drive on a Mac Pro. It performs flawlessly and looks good next to the Mac Pro. Speeds are much faster than on the internal SATA II. I get nearly 500 MB/sec. with a Samsung 500G SSD. Highly recommended and cleverly powered via USB.

Case for the Case
Using this drive to run virtual images and storage. I have been using for one week and love the case. Easy to take a part and install the hard drive. Have even used this case on USB2.0 without problems. My only complaint is the bright blue LED light.

Nice Mobile Enclosure
A very nice-looking enclosure, with nice metal construction. However, the pieces don't connect in an air-tight manner, and the rubber feet fall off way too easily. Otherwise, this is a great option, and will look good with a MacBook Air/Pro.
