The colour control is a novelty but while ironing it's easy to press on to red, extra heat, when not required because of its position above the hand.

I would not recommend this iron, it is heavy, the steam doesn’t work great, and if clothes are more than a little creased this iron will not take them out

Have one of these myself and bought this for my son as he needed a new one and found mine so easy. Colour coding means is it difficult to over heat and damage clothing.

Very easy to use, the colour coding makes it easy to get the correct temperature. Nice long lead and iron is not too heavy. Big water tank. Well worth buying.
