The cord is long which is great, it's easy to change temperature and its easy to understand. The soleplate doesn't burn and stick. No problems, easy to use, best iron I've had in a while.

Scored four star only for ease of use as I am used to numbered heat settings and found the colour coding a bit tricky to remember without referring to the user instructions for the first X times.

The iron sticks to materials on first use each batch of ironing I do even though the temperature is correct for the material, I have binned it, I can’t afford to ruin any more clothes!
