Had the older version of this iron and loved it! Unfortunately our old one broke (after about 5 years of use) and I knew I had to get another. The colour code is easier than fiddling about with a dial and the iron heats up quick. The steam is also far better than on other irons. I now use it in my craft business too!

Glides easily, is lightweight, performs well leaving clothes pristine. I like the temperature lights and buttons too.

I first bought this iron about a year ago and I’ve had no regrets. It’s light weight, irons incredibly well. I love it so much I’ve made a second purchase for my new home

Purchased this as my other iron just stopped working. I am very happy with it and it is a delight to use. I can’t believe my Husband and I were just about arguing over who was going to do the next lot of ironing! Great colour, love the heat touch pad and would definitely recommend

We ordered on-line & our Russell Hobbs Iron was waiting for us when we arrived, it is fantastic value for money & has all the various features which are all very useful for a woman of my age.

One gripe though, on heavy duty cottons it's not so good, my last iron could get all the creases from my daughter's heavy cotton karate gi, but even with more steam couldn't get rid of all the creases which is a shame because it's a good iron otherwise.

Nice weight, like the coloured light. But now considering returning as it is a bit fierce with the steam as you lift it from the fabric, spitting a bit of water as it does it, which means you have to iron it again. Shame

Bought this iron as a replacement for my other one that I’d had for years. My first time buying Russell Hobbs but have to say I’m really pleased with it. After reading the instructions I found it really easy to use, the only thing I don’t like is there’s nowhere to store the cable ( my last one you could wrap it round the bottom of the iron).

This iron is smooth and efficient. The “colour coded” heat settings take a bit of getting used to so keep your instructions handy if, like me, you forget which colour corresponds to which “dot” coding on your garment. I don’t like ironing but this iron does make the job a lot easier and I am very happy with it.

Wish I had of been able to see this iron before purchase. The temperature control button is under my hand and it’s extremely awkward to use the iron without having to keep resetting the heat as it keep altering as you cannot help accidentally pressing it.

This is a basic iron, which fools you into thinking it is more advanced with an electronic selection of the temperature settings, although the button to change the temperature is annoyingly where you rest your hand so it often gets knocked by mistake. Annoyingly it only seems to generate steam on the highest setting.

I love this iron. Its so easy to use and you can set it to a really hot steam setting or something in between. It works well and has not only a spray button for cool water for harder to iron items but a nice shot of steam. Its quite light to handle and easy to work. Fill it with water and switch on and it heats up quickly.

Bought this to replace a previous Russell Hobbs iron and I'm very very pleased with it's performance. I love the digital heating control rather than the twirly knob that you usually get. It also glides over the ironing and makes a tedious job pretty enjoyable! I never thought what I would say that about ironing!

The iron is light and easy to use has a large enough water tank to iron many items and has added steam burst and water spray for those stubborn creases. The temperature guide on top of the iron has a touch screen for ease of changing temperature. All in all a neat lightweight iron with great features at a really good price (discounted when bought). Would definitely recommend.

I love this iron. My huge heat generating iron broke and I replaced it with this little gem. I love the colour changing light on the top of the iron to indicate the heat intensity - much better than a dial. Quite light and easy to use - wouldn’t go back to bulky heat generating iron. Only criticism - it could do with some way to easily store the wire.

Good-coloured lights for settings. Smooth. Non stick base. Bad-only steams on two highest settings, never found that in a steam iron before and it’s a complete pain if ironing items on lower settings.

Super iron for the price. It beeps when the temperature control is used so you don't end up ironing at the wrong temperature by accident. The flex is longer than on my previous irons which is really useful. Very pleased.

This iron is light-weight and has a good length wire. The digital temperature setting is easy to use and the water and steam features are good. My only negative is the steam function does not work on setting below 3 which would have been helpful. A lot of clothing stipulates ironing at no higher than 2 and without steam you need a little more pressure to get the creases out.

This iron is lightweight & glides really well. It has a large water inlet which makes it easy to fill & also a large reservoir so you don’t have to keep filling it up. The cord is nice & long. I thought the temperature control was a bit of a gimmick, but it works well enough & clear for my daughter to see on the rare occasion that she will do any ironing!
