I stupidly purchased this item thinking it would make me fit in more with ‘modern society’. I was simply terrified of being the only one on the bus with wired earbuds, like how can I, a cisgender male, obtain a phone without a home button, but still continue to use wired earphones??????! However since purchasing I have come to realise that airpods are the way forward, with not only maximised comfortability, but increased sound quality that really took me by surprise. A MUST HAVE for any casual music listener.

I bought and ordered this around a week before Christmas and was only allowed to pick it up a week after Christmas. I then go and collect it where the employee gives me an unsealed box with used AirPods. I requested a new pair but they claimed it was the only one in stock. Would not expect this from Argos.

When these first came out I didn't think they'd work as well without a cable. After I tested them I was truely hooked and the quality and stop feature if you pull one out so you don't miss bit of what you're listening. Compact and great sound quality. I use them for as I work nights in a supermarket lifting boxes and places things on shelves.The wireless feature is excellent so nothing gets caught or pulled out and the pods do not come loose. I bought this item about a month ago, and everything has been good with it so far. However, I've been facing issues with the Spotify special offer. I applied for it three times, but I never received any activation links or heard back from them. The customer support through chat, hotline, etc., was unable to explain what went wrong. They were not helpful and simply bounced my request among themselves. While the offer wasn't the main reason I purchased the item, it would have been a nice bonus if it actually worked instead of being just random unreal stuff.

I bought these from Argos Stratford and they gave me used ones, I only realized it when I tried pairing with my iphone and it already had a name and it kept throwing me an alert that it was synced to someone else's phone. I understand someone might have returned it but the least they could do was reset it before re-selling. Customer support said I needed to go back to the store to get new ones but I was so busy and couldn't. Just reset them myself and using them. Apart from this the product is good.

I just can’t get them to stay in my ears. My friend has AirPods and advised me to get them for a two week business trip that we are on. I bought them a couple of days before departure I’ve nearly lost one so many times as they just won’t stay in. I am hoping that when I get back to the uk that Argos still have some kind of returns policy as I am not happy at all. So these are so much better than I imagined. First time buying AirPods and the sound genuinely is awesome. I was watching a stand up using these and they pick up everything to the point I wasn’t even sure if they were working. The sound is immersive and genuinely sounds like it’s comes from all directions. They are simple to use and work with all my apple products effortlessly. Defo glad I bought these as now I can’t live without them

Used AirPods gen 1 for years and decided to upgrade to gen 3. Very please, good sound, good bass, and even without the noise-cancelling feature they are a great pair of airpods due to the 3D head-movement based surround sound feature. The only downside is that instead of using touch control for volume and play/stop you have to actually squeeze-click the stem of the airpod which makes is very easy to pull it out of your ear without wanting to.

I have the original Apple Airpods and liked them. They finally diad. From there, I've tried all other brands and variety of in-ear headphones. I haven't liked ANY of them. Some better than others, but nothing like AirPods. Well, I finally bit the bullet and bought the Gen 3 Apple AirPods. These are even BETTER than the originals. Fit good, stay in my ears and the sound is great, I'm finally happy to use earphones again. And B&H had a good deal and got them to me quick. (No surprise there.)

Bought these to replace failing wired buds to use when cycling and can’t fault them. Sound quality is good for wireless. Really easy to set up and intuitive to use and hold a great charge. The shorter stems on this generation means they don’t get caught on this easily too. The sort of quality expected from an Apple product. Only downside is I don’t think they have volume controls on the buds themselves.
Flexibility makes up for average sound.

Small well made case. A very nice tactical button control, better then any wireless headphones i’ve used. Seamlessly connects to my iphone and no issues connecting to my android music player. But can’t adjust the volume control on the headphones for some reason. And the sound is fine, Its not great but certainly not bad. Finally battery life is average. All in all they are easy to connect and easy to control. I am happy to live with the sound quality for the convenience.

I bought these with some money I had for Christmas. Life changing if using on the go, downloading shows and watching offline. Very easy to connect to Apple devices, touch controls are effortless and are comfortable even after hours of usage. Recommend a magnet USB-C charging stand to just drop the case on to charge when not in use.

I lost one off my air buds on a run so purchased my new AirPods they are a bit of a upgrade aswell better sound quality and they fit very snug in my ear I’ve been using them for around 6weeks and I’m very happy

Unfortunately the airpods 3rd generation did not fit my ears and so are unusable for me, but cannot return to Argos as they have been opened and tried on. Nothing against Argos as this is just their return policy and understandably they cannot resell them if they have been opened. However, if you have any doubts about fit of these I would recommend buying straight from Apple, as you can return to them within 14 days for any reason and even if they have been opened/used.

I bought these as an upgrade from my regular AirPods. The sound quality using spatialise stereo setting is so much better. They pair easily with my iPhone, iPad and my Laptop. They are more of a snug fit in the ears then the original AirPods and take a bit of getting used to but charge very quickly.

Bought 4 Xmas, Easily paired as soon as In ear. Use 1 if u Like. Sound good not as good as beats over ear. These fall out of the ear easily not suited for sports I’d recommend the pro with the rubber grip. Had they of fitted better I’d have scored higher. I was happier with the standard wired ear buds in terms of comfort at least they don’t drop out, These fell out walking in the street, dropped down the loo. I’m not impressed.

This was to replace a failing AirPods 2 (mic wasn't working right) for my wife. She loves the smaller form factor, the way longer battery life, and spatial audio. I'm a bit jealous because her battery is definitely lasting longer than my AirPods Pro. I agonized over getting these or the new Beats Fit Pro, but ended deciding the case on the Beats is just way too big and inconvenient. Especially since she clips it to the outside of her tote bags, there's no way the Beats would work.

I use hearing aids all day every day, but I like to use my AirPods and I don’t have to take my hearing aids out to use them very cleverly work with them given you excellent sound, quality and great tips, and plenty of volume highly recommended.
