worst headphones I ever bought

Feb 18, 2020

got these on sale for a ridiculously low price. Was excited to use them to work out. I have about 6 or 7 different BT headphone earbuds that have a wire between each ear. i can connect any of them to my phone, leave my phone in the corner of the room and just work out w/o the sound cutting out. I bought these to finally be free of the wire. Sadly, these are by far the worst earbuds I've ever bought - not because of the sound or the fit, but becau... Show More

Would be 5 stars but....

Feb 18, 2020

For what I paid these are work fine. Sound is really loud and clear. Doesnt hold charge as long as expected only playing at 3/4 volume or higher for 3 maybe 4 hours max. Left side always seems to lose charge faster and does cut out sometimes like it loses connection so I knocked off one star for the left side issues. Syncs with each other and my iPhone quick and easy but its hard to remember to press which side and how many times to do specific f... Show More

So Ill get straight to the point. These wireless ear phones are good, theres a few factors that it really needs to work on to be great. Pros - Sound quality is good, everything is pretty balanced. Sound gets loud Very light earbuds Charging is fairly quick Automatically connects fairly quickly! ( I like that ) Independent ear buds Cons - Price, at $100 its a little pricy for what is out there now. AirPods $139 Microphone sounds muffle... Show More

Useable, but glitchy

Jan 1, 2020

Usable wireless earbuds, freeing me from a headphone cable getting caught on objects and either pulling out of the ears or my phone. Audio is good enough for my tastes, the range of ear pieces allow for a snug but comfortable fit. Auto-on and pairing with the phone when taking them out of the case works well. Stars lost for the left earbud: 1) Battery Low warnings after only a couple hours (right bud lasted much longer) 2) Occasional loss of... Show More

Decent sound, but...

Mar 23, 2020

The sound on these earbuds is actually quite ok, and for roughly $30 you can't really go wrong with these. The problem that I have with these is the lag if you're more than a couple of feet away from the bluethooth source. These work just fine when listening to music from my iPhone (which is mostly in my pocket), but when I listen to my tv bluetooth and I'm sitting 12-12' away, the lag is just terrible. In fact it's worst than any other headphones I have, and it's annoying to see the actors lips move on tv and only hear the sound a second or more later.

Just okay

Jan 2, 2020

These are working as a stop gap until I get a warranty replacement on another product. No one can hear me on the phone and the fit is mediocre due to the positioning of the piece that holds it in your ear. The play/pause button is the entire surface of the bud and makes it nearly impossible to adjust the bud without disconnecting a call or messing with whatever audio is coming through. That said, for the price I paid, they were worth it. However, I would not pay more than $25 or $30 for them. Too many other options out there.

A lot better than I thought.

Feb 18, 2020

Got this pair on sale and I thought this one too would fall under got what you paid for category, but I was wrong! It does more than what I expected it to be. The only problem I have with this is the sensitivity of the controls. A slight touch on its face will change the mode depending on which side you touch. But other than that it's a pretty good little gadget to use while walking, running or in the gym or just about anywhere. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for something like this.

Pleasantly surprised

Feb 14, 2020

I purchased these for $19.95 as part of a daily deal, and, boy, am I glad I did. While a tad bulky, they pair up with my Samsung S10E without issue and sound great. I have experienced the left earphone cutting out sometimes when I bend down to pick something up or if I twist my body, but it's really a nonissue. So glad I scored these, especially after reading reviews for others that cost 10x as much. How can you go wrong for 20 bucks? My only regret is that I didn't buy two pairs. Thanks, B&H.

Great engineering, lacking bass response

Feb 19, 2020

These earbuds have a lot going for them. The engineering of the charging case is great, the build quality seems excellent. If you like bass, however, these may not be your best choice. Bass is severely lacking, no matter how they are inserted in ears. Sparkling highs, though. They are easy to pair with your device, but left side drops out occasionally, but very briefly. Bought them on a Deal of the Day, so no complaints. For the money I paid they were a great buy.

Pretty good

Jan 2, 2020

Had a little trouble initially getting them to pair with my computer and phone, and some momentary dropouts during this time, but once I got good pairing (don't ask me how) the audio seems good and steady. Be sure to use online manual, which has English as well as diagrams. It took some study and trials to get them snug in the ears (with the little rubber stabilizers) and learn the timing of the control button, but now they work fine.

Good sound at great price

Jan 3, 2020

The earbuds pair easily, has good fit and battery last reasonably well. The range is about 30 feet, depending on your devices. The sound and bass greatly affected by how well you fit them to your ears. At first I thought the sound is poor until I tried different fit and finally get very good sound. I have Shure SE 530, UE 10 and other good wired ear buds and for this price and convenience I wouldnt mind using them at all.

Wont stay in my ear

Feb 19, 2020

I followed the instructions on how to fit this into my ear, and tried several different size ear buds, and used the little things that are supposed to hold the device in your ear. Nothing I tried worked, so for me this was a wasted of money. Fortunately even though the list price is $99.00, B&H was selling them for $20.00 on Deal Zone, so no great loss. I sure would like to be able to use them, but no luck so far.

Great for price

Feb 18, 2020

For $20 you cannot go wrong. The good: Sound - OK Connection - Very effectively connects to iPhone Charging - Easy and a long charge for type of earbuds The not so good: Unit control: Very confusing and difficult to manage Comfort: OK with attached ear piece. Have not tried the others. It is snug and a bit less comfortable than the best I have tried Overall - As I said, for the price a bargain.

These are Okay, at best

Jan 21, 2020

My first set would not pair to any of my Bluetooth connections. They could see the NuForce BE Free5 Wireless Earbuds but the pairing would not hook. B&H was quick into replacing with another set, much appreciated of their willingness to please. The replacements are in the sealed box, I may save and give away for a gift but I am not going to use them.

Great, but, Just for music

Dec 31, 2019

For $25 I paid, I have no complaints. Sound quality is great. I can hear and recognize every single music instrument. It's sound value goes up to the perfect high point you don't risk to damage your hearing. I had no problem with pairing them and connecting them with my Huawei p30 pro. Huge disappointment for phone calls, it's completely useless.

very poor sound quality

Dec 31, 2019

Pros: Sales/clearance price attractive. Buds and case are attractive and charging is easy. Set up was easy and straight forward. Ref you tube videos. Cons: Buds are larger than expected. Sound quality was awful (in dead quiet office). Tactile feel average. Operation sensitive to actuation time button(s) are depressed. Returning.

Good, not great.

Mar 11, 2020

The pairing is very easy and almost instantaneous. I use these with my iPhone and my bluetooth transmitter for my tv. These work better with the iPhone as the transmitter has a little lag with these (no lag on Beats). Overall a good product, but the volume level and the base could be improved in the next edition.

Not a paid advertisement

Feb 17, 2020

Read the reviews. A high % indicate the left earbud cuts out. This is unacceptable at any price. The sound clarity is what you will expect for $20. What I love are the honest reviews at B&H instead of Amazon where reviews for earbuds often are dishonest. Read the reviews through and make an informed decision.

Far More than Expected!

Feb 19, 2020

True wireless with great beats and sound quality. Case is much smaller than expected...with a real high end feel and durability. The case is about the size of a contact lens case, which makes taking them with you no problem at all! I can't express just how satisfied I am with this overall purchase! Thanks B&H!

Not bad for the price

Feb 18, 2020

These were on sale and I took a chance on them for 19.99. They sound good, but the on/off push button on each ear bud is so delicate they shut off if you have them inserted in your ears and lie down. So far the battery life isn't great but hopefully will get better. Other than those two issues they work well.

Good, not great

Feb 18, 2020

Bought these because they were on the daily deal from B&H. The sound is good but from time to time they would cut out. I'm not sure if this is from the winter hat I was wearing on an issue. So I'll see how they do without a hat when it gets warmer. But for $20 bucks I can't complain.

Quiet & buttons take learning

Dec 31, 2019

These are very quiet to block background noise and worked well once I figured out which earpiece attachment sat best in my ears. I was able to learn the various button features on both sides and able to take a call as well. These are superior to Bose and a fraction of the cost

Feb 19, 2020

These earplugs sound really good, the operational functions are easy and they fit in the ear really well and stay there. The only gripe I have about these is that they are kind of bulky. I love the case and how they fit in the case. I also like how easy it is to charge them.

Feb 26, 2020

Its not easy to get them out of their case. Not much room from them and the cover. It was very difficult to change the flexible ear protectors. The sound is a bit off...not like stereo, but for the price they ok Every couple of songs they drop and I have to start up again
