I tested this Senal OLM-2S with Saramonic TX9, Tascam DR-10L and direct connect to DSLR. It works well. Some people complain about the cable is too long for wireless unit which normally clip on the waist belt. Yes its true. But when wireless units get some electrostatic noise, you can connect this mic to DSLR directly especially for an interview then Its good length. I have the audio Y cable for connecting two lav mics. Perfect! I like to buy it again. Highly recommended

A great example how a B&H person in the sound department really gave outstanding advice: This mic works in the Roland R-05 mini-plug input power, the only one apparently of the pro transmitter series lavaliers, and thus you can get pro broadcast sound for fairly affordable. Great warm sound, and no expensive ew Transmitter needed in the setup I described.
Surprise! These are pretty good.

These were some emergency replacements, along with some Shure-connector lavs of the same kind, so I didn't know anything about these mics except that B&H could get them to me quickly. It was a pleasant surprise to get a quality product in every respect. These are well made, come with full specs in a professional package, and most importantly, sound very much like our other lavs.

In my work I need to use lavalier mic often with non-professionnals, for documentary type recordings. This replacement mic has a very good respond to high frequencies and respond very well to the ''too high pitch nervous type'' voice. The type of connector for this mic is a bit more fragile then others types.

We use the Sennheiser wireless system for our News & Weather, and all of our commercial gear (12 sets so far). Though its a great system, the microphones seem to fail very quickly, at least for us. These replaced the original mics and have served us flawlessly.

Good replacement for original Sony wireless mic

This is a replacement for the original Sony microphone that had a damage wire. It worked well with the original Sony transmitter, locking connecter fit perfectly. Sound was equal to the original and I like the hard metal windscreen that was included and which snaps on over the mic.

I purchased this mic to replace a original Sennheiser mic that came with my ew100 G2 wireless transmitter. The mic works great. I have used it on several assignments and have no problems. Works as the original, but smaller and more compact. I recommend this mic as a second or replacement.

I do corporate and event video. Not only is this mic less expensive that the Sennheiser OEM unit, I actually favor the sound over the Senn. There's a bit of a bump in the high end that adds a bit of brightness. Not too much though. The construction quality seems almost identical to the OEM.

Picked up 3 of these for our Shure ULX transmitters. So glad we did. The included mics from Shure are nearly as big around as a nickle and very susceptible to popping P's and wind, even with a wind screen on. Not to mention they look terrible on you client. These Senal mics are small and light, look great and sound much better than the stock Shure's. Very natural sounding. I can highly recommend.

I bought two of these mics to add to our complement of headworn mics for use by speakers that prefer not to use a headworn mic due to the covid 19 situation. The audio quality and sensitivity are excellent. It is nice to be able to give the speakers a choice at such a reasonable price. I am likely to buy more!

These things break easy even if you have the expensive ones and you take care of them. Its just normal wear and tear. My advice is to fill out your warranty with your original lav mics but this is a good replacement.

I rent out my G3's with ME-2 lavs and with constant use they sometimes need to be replaced. I'm convinced this is exactly the same as an ME-2, they look and sound identical to me. I prefer the Sony style connector because it seems more durable and repairable. The Sony connector works perfectly with my Sennheiser G3 transmitter and is also much cheaper.

Lavalier microphones are one of the most fragile components to wireless systems and I have found the Pearstone replacement to be more reliable then Sennheiser's own product. They have the same vocal response and I have had less wire deaths while using these - for a lower price which is considerably important when you know in a year you might have to buy a new one.

My original OEM wireless lavalier finally kicked the bucket and I decided to give this a try based on other reviews. I cannot hear a difference between this and the original ME-2! The cost savings aren't astronomical, but every little bit helps. We'll see how durable it is over time, but the build quality feels equal to that of the original mic. So far, so good!

I use the mic with a small sony HD camera, and it makes a significant difference to the overall professionalism of the product. It is hard to underestimate the impact has on videos - either personal or professional - and this mic has been a great asset. My only problem with it is its length, so definitely buy an extension cord of some kind with it...

I use these with our Sennheiser wireless kits to replace the factory Lavs. The price is much better than the factory replacements and the audio quality is just as good. My only complaint is they always develop a short right at the connector in the cable. Of course that's after about 8 months of almost constant daily use...so maybe it's just us buy I would like it to last a little longer.

I bought this as an alternative to the Sennheiser ME2 to specifically use with my Zoom h1 (the ME2 has that annoying twist lock that doesn't fit well with the h1). So far, the audio quality seems comparable. I was also surprised to see that the right channel records at -12db less than the left. Awesome backup in case the audio is too hot!

I have the Sennheiser G2 wireless lavs and have had to replace this mic 3 times. The cable is not very durable at all and therefore somewhat over priced.

This was a great investment for the money. It was completely compatable with my camera, and recorded crystal clear audio. I was able to record a seminar where the speaker walked far away from the camera at times. The audio remained perfect all the way through. Delivery was fast as well. Very happy with the purchase.
