We have been using Line 6 XD-V75HS wireless mics since 2012 and have only the best to say about them. They have given us GREAT performance and have a very good range.

I had very high expectations from all the videos I saw online. This mic cut out almost every time we used it. We had clear line of sight to the receiver and everything (which wasn't suppose to be needed) but still didn't work. Kind of a bummer.

I needed a 2nd lav mic for an outdoor wedding I was doing (they had 2 officiants). I rented this unit from my local GC and set it up with my AKG system (I have a lav and a handheld). When I arrived at the location and got set up, my AKG system only produced static while the Line 6 system was clear. I wound up going back to GC and renting a second system for the wedding. This unit has a lot of great features, is easy to set up, all required rack mounting is included. Sound is crystal clear and battery life is very good... Typically 8 hours on (2) AA batteries. The first unit I received had defective select/set rotary control. The no hassle replacement unit has been perfect so far. I gave four stars due to the failed first unit, but I think this model is a great value.
I am going buy another one for MC.

This wireless microphone is excellent for large outdoor events, the distant is good at 250 ft. I am glad I bought the microphone, I don't have to run cables to each drum groups.
