I used this in the studio to record extra vocals. It sounds better than recording them with a 58 and sounds good when paired with main an RE20.

For the price you really can't beat this microphone. The self noise is a bit high at 20db and the eq is a little hyped up towards the top end but it sounds surprisingly nice and takes EQ well.

Can’t ask for a better mic in this price range. Works great for my purposes. Crystal clear sound while it’s hidden outside the camera frame. Works great for livestream or YouTube videos.

The microphone works great and as it should. I gave 4 stars because the mic is too heavy for the boom stand, which unless the mic is positioned just right the boom will drop. Very frustrating.
