The unit has too much static every time the power switch is turn on/off. The unit produces static noise when in power off mode. I tried a couple of times to test using different mixers but still having the same issue. Too much static noise. The switch is the problem. When powered on, the unit works fine but the moment you switch to power off that's when the static noise begin and it is really annoying.

Unfortunately, it was sent to Los Angeles (where I live), then for some reason, ended up in New York, then finally back to Los Angeles 3 weeks later. Once I got it, plugged it in and gave it a whirl … it appears to work great. Haven't tried it at a gig yet, but we'll see how well it does in that environment soon. I like the body pack transmitter better than the Sampsom AP-1 wireless system I had been using.

Don't be fooled by their 'Pro' labelling. These mics have terrible handling noise and are plagued by interference (non diversity receivers). I used bands A, B and C together and had show-stopping pops and interference on all channels. Disappointed that AKG would put their brand on this poor product.

Out of the Box it seems like a good sturdy system. After plugging into 3 different systems, I could not stop the static through the system. I did everything to try to stop it. I'm not a beginner. I just returned it to B&H and purchased the Shure duel Wireless system. It's more money but I can't have static problems with hundreds of people listening. Sorry, I was hoping for the best with AKG.

I tried using this mic a few times, was hoping to save a few bucks by using it. I was very wrong, nothing but feedback ALL THE TIME! I was basically burned for my money with this, I will never buy again.

The clarity this system provided was outstanding. Are use the system in a medium size conference hall that accommodate it 250 guest. The wireless system was located in an electrical room. There was no interference and I really was amazed by its clarity.

This is a great mic for a decent price, on the down side only 1 freq. So if you buy more than one make sure they are different freq. The other down side no xlr connection, 1/4 only and you have to raise the volume a bit but sounds great, no hisssing clear as can be.

After receiving the product in August, I tried to contact Your company regarding the channel 1 line didn't work. I even swapped around and to no avail. Only channel 2 line is working. I sent a complaint to your company also to no avail. So here I am again. Need help please. Thank you.

I needed a small simple two instrument wireless system and this is it. Receiver is compact so it can fit on any pedalboard and I am powering it with my main board supply instead of another wall wart. Super quiet and good range too! I recommend the AKG if you are in the market.

I have bought two set of different Frequency Band (A & B) & (C & D). They work together, the mics work perfectly for my set up. Nice that they use a AA battery instead of a 9 volt. Amazing distance too! I walked out into the street from my house and they still came in loud and clear.

Although not flexible enough for large installs, it installed and connected immediately and they work great!

This Mic is great for clubs and gigs. I have used this Mic for the past few gigs and no interference with club mixers or equipment, as long as it's at a line of sight.
