I installed it in a data server that doesn't have a RAID BIOS. It is configured to RAID1 for mirroring with (2) 2TB Western Digital greens. The read/write speed over the network is as good as if it were installed on my PC. The drives show up in the Windows Disk Management and are partitionable. Bench testing showed up to 61.7MB write and 151.7MB read. I looks like when you access to read that it comes from both disks.
